Which type of lanyard to choose

• Flat polyester (Endrino, Carrizo): the classic for conferences and badges. Many strap colours and the lowest price in large quantities.
• RPET, recycled polyester (Higo): same use, made from recycled bottles. A good option if the event has sustainability criteria.
• Cotton and cork (Cardo, Alcornoque): a natural finish for brands that want to avoid polyester.
• Full-colour sublimation (Mimbre): a wide 3.2 cm strap printed edge to edge, with the background in any colour and your logo in all its colours.

Marking technique: one colour or full colour

On most stock lanyards, screen printing allows a single colour. If your logo has two or more colours, the options are DTF printing or sublimation, which print in full colour with no cost per colour. In very large quantities, one-colour screen printing is usually the cheapest.

For large orders the lanyard can also be made to order: the strap in your exact brand colour and the logo screen printed in several colours. The lead time is longer (about 3 weeks with express shipping and about 8 with standard shipping), but per unit it can work out cheaper than a stock lanyard.

Lead times

Once you approve the mockup, digital printing and DTF usually take 5 to 8 working days and screen printing 8 to 11, plus shipping. For Christmas, to receive them in mainland Spain before 18 December: order and send your logo before 13 November for embroidery, 20 November for screen printing or transfer, and 25 November for laser engraving, pad printing, digital printing or DTF.
