How much does delivery cost?

Mainland Spain and Portugal: free over €150 (below that, €4.90). Balearic Islands: free over €200 (€6.90). Canary Islands: free over €300 (€7.90). Ceuta and Melilla: free over €1,000 (€14). The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are invoiced without VAT. Rest of the EU on request.

How long will my order take?

It depends on the printing method. For screen or pad printing we confirm the time when you order, counted from mockup approval. Unbranded products: 3 to 5 days.

Can I place an urgent order?

Yes. Contact us before ordering to check availability and shorter times. Express transport may carry an extra cost.

What format should my logo be in?

Ideally AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF. We also accept high-resolution PNG. If your logo is not in vector format, we redraw it, free on orders from €1,000.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. When your order leaves the warehouse you receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping is calculated on the order amount excluding VAT and printing. Orders above the minimum shown ship free. Transit times are added to the production time. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are invoiced without VAT (local IGIC or IPSI applies on arrival).

The total time is production (printing your logo) plus transport to your address. All times are counted in working days from mockup approval.

Important: the clock starts when you approve the mockup with your logo, not when you place the order. We send the digital mockup within 24 working hours of receiving your logo.

Step by step

Order confirmation: you receive an email with your order summary and payment details.
Your logo: upload it when you order or email it to us afterwards. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and PNG.
Free mockup: within 24 working hours we send a digital mockup so you can see your logo on the product.
Approval: you check the mockup and confirm. If you need changes, we make them at no cost.
Production: once approved, production starts. Time depends on the method (see the table above).
Dispatch and tracking: when your order leaves the warehouse, you receive an email with the tracking number.
