These General Terms of Sale govern orders for personalised merchandise placed through greenly.es or through any other channel (telephone, WhatsApp, email).
The purchase process for personalised products works as follows:
Production does not begin until the customer expressly approves the mockup and payment is confirmed.
All prices shown on the website are per unit, excluding VAT. The applicable VAT (21%) is added at checkout. Prices may vary depending on quantity, personalisation technique and print colours.
The minimum order varies by product and is stated on each item's page (typically from 25 units per reference). There is no minimum order value in euros.
For personalised items, the industrial manufacturing and quality-control process may result in a variation of up to ±5% between the quantity ordered and the quantity finally delivered. This is standard practice in the promotional-products industry. If you receive extra units, they are not charged. If you receive fewer units than ordered, we refund the difference: email us at comercial@greenly.es quoting your order number.
Production times vary according to the personalisation technique and quantity. Once the mockup is approved:
Transport time is added to these production times (24-48h in mainland Spain; 48h in the Balearic Islands); it is additional and not included in the times above. The production time starts when the customer approves the mockup, not when the order is placed.
The times given are indicative and depend on the manufacturer's availability at the time of the order. When confirming each order we tell the customer the estimated delivery date, and notify them immediately of any change.
Shipping to mainland Spain is free on orders from €50 (excluding VAT); below that amount, the cost is €4.90 per package. To the Balearic Islands, shipping is free from €200 (excluding VAT); below that, €6.90 per package (€5.80 for envelopes). For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at the time of the order.
We guarantee that the products delivered match the approved mockup. Should there be any discrepancy, Almor Ventures S.L. undertakes to remake the order at no additional cost to the customer.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Alicante.
