Data retention

Order and invoicing data are kept for 5 years in accordance with tax regulations. Contact data used for commercial communications are kept until the user exercises their right to erasure.

Recipients and disclosures

Your data are not shared with third parties, except where legally required. We use service providers (shipping, hosting, email) who act as data processors under a confidentiality agreement.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing and objection. To exercise them, send an email to comercial@greenly.es with the subject "GDPR Rights", attaching a copy of your identity document.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
