Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 25 units per product. Prices improve from 500 units. That said, unit prices improve significantly from 500 units onwards, as we apply tiered pricing by quantity.
How can I request a quote?
You have several options:

Do the prices include VAT?
The prices shown on the website are unit prices excluding VAT. VAT (21%) is applied at checkout. The quote we send you shows the subtotal, VAT and total broken down separately.
Can I place multiple orders of the same product?
Yes, you can add the same product to your basket several times with different configurations (different colours, quantities or personalisation techniques). Each configuration will appear as a separate line in your order.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Our prices adjust automatically according to quantity. The more units you order, the lower the unit price. On each product page you can see the price tiers and work out the total cost in real time.
Personalisation and branding
What personalisation techniques do you offer?
We offer 6 main techniques:
- Screen printing: Direct ink, ideal for 1-4 colours. The most economical option.
- Pad printing: Perfect for curved and irregular surfaces.
- Laser engraving: A premium, permanent finish on metal, wood and leather.
- Transfer: High quality with gradients and photographic detail.
- Digital / DTF: Full-colour printing with no limits. Ideal for complex logos.
- Embroidery: A professional, hard-wearing look on textiles.

What logo format do you need?
We accept the most common formats: AI, EPS, PDF and SVG (vector, preferred for the best quality) as well as high-resolution PNG and JPG. If you don't have your logo in vector format, our team can vectorise it for you.
Can I see how my logo will look before buying?
Yes! You have two options:
- Online virtual sample: Use our free tool to generate a mockup instantly.
- Professional mockup: After you place your order, our design team sends you a mockup for your approval before production begins.
We never produce anything without your prior approval.
How many colours can my logo have?
It depends on the technique:
- Screen printing / Pad printing: From 1 to 4 colours (each additional colour carries a small extra cost)
- Digital / DTF / Sublimation: No colour limit (full colour)
- Laser engraving: Single colour (the colour of the material)
- Embroidery: Up to 6 thread colours
Can I personalise without a logo, using text only?
Yes, you can personalise with text, names, slogans or any design. Send us the text and your typography instructions and our team will prepare the design for your approval.
Do you have a design team that can help me?
Yes, we have our own in-house design department. If you need help creating, adapting or improving any graphic material for your order, get in touch and we'll advise you at no extra cost.
Shipping and delivery
How long does delivery take?
These are the PRODUCTION times — shipping transit time is added on top; see the table at the end. The lead time depends on the personalisation technique and the quantity. For unbranded products: 3-5 working days. In any case the lead time is a guide: we confirm the exact delivery date when you place your order.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to mainland Spain is
free on orders from 150€ (below that, 4.90€). Balearic Islands: free from 200€. Canary Islands: free from 300€. Ceuta and Melilla: free from 1,000€. Shipping costs are itemised at checkout.

Do you ship throughout Spain?
Yes, we ship throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, get in touch for a tailored shipping quote.
Can I have the order delivered to several addresses?
Yes, we can arrange shipments to multiple addresses. Contact our sales team to organise the logistics and we'll give you a quote with the corresponding shipping costs.
Payment and invoicing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bizum, and bank transfer. For companies with recurring orders, we can arrange special payment terms.
Do you issue an invoice with a company tax number?
Yes, every purchase includes a full invoice with your company's CIF/NIF tax number. At checkout we ask for your tax details (company, CIF, address) so we can generate the invoice correctly.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, bank transfer is one of the available options. The order is processed once payment has been received. For companies with an established business relationship, we can arrange payment at 30 days.
