How to make the most of
each advantage
The three advantages you get when you order with us, explained from the inside: where each one applies, what steps to take and what is worth knowing before you order.
Volume pricing
Each product has up to four price tiers by quantity. There is nothing to ask for or negotiate: the unit price drops as the quantity goes up, and you see it before you buy.
- Open the product you are interested in from the catalogue.
- Enter the quantity in the calculator. The unit price and total update instantly.
- Try two or three nearby quantities: sometimes a few more units lower the unit price enough that the total barely changes.
Printing is included in the price you see. The minimum order is 25 units.
Logo vectorisation
Sharp printing needs your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). If you only have a JPG or PNG, we redraw it for you: free on orders over €1,000, and €30 on orders below that amount.
- Tick the vectorisation option in the product calculator when you set up your order.
- If the net amount reaches €1,000, the charge disappears from the summary automatically. Below that, it shows as €30.
- Send us your logo in whatever format you have and we return the vector file with the mockup.
The €1,000 threshold is checked on the net amount after any discount code. The vector file is yours to keep and use with any supplier in the future.
Refundable physical sample
Before committing to a large order you can hold the product in your hands. We send you one blank unit, without your logo, and you pay the product at its lowest price plus shipping. If you then place the order, we deduct that amount from the total.
- On the product page, click Order a sample and check out as with any purchase.
- You receive the blank unit and check material, size, weight and finish.
- When you place the final order, send us the sample order number by email or WhatsApp and we deduct its amount. This is the step that triggers the refund, so do not skip it.
The sample is unbranded, because printing a single unit costs as much as setting up a full run. To see your logo on the product, ask for the mockup: it is free and ready within 24 working hours.
Terms. Prices are calculated on the net amount, excluding VAT, and printing is included in the product price. Codes cannot be combined. The minimum order is 25 units and delivery to mainland Spain and Portugal is free from €150. We confirm the production time when you order, counted from mockup approval. For special projects or large volumes, tell us about it and we will put together a proposal.
