What is the difference between fibreglass and metal ribs?
Fibreglass flexes with the gusts of wind and springs back into shape, whereas metal tends to bend or snap. If the umbrella is for a coastal area or for frequent use, fibreglass is worth it. For a one-off hand-out at an event, metal does the job and brings the price down.
What is RPET Pongee fabric?
Pongee is a fine-weave, silky-feel fabric, common in quality umbrellas. The RPET version is made from recovered plastic bottles instead of virgin polyester, with the same performance against water.
Can you print on several panels?
Yes. You can print a single panel, alternate ones or all of them, and the price varies accordingly. As it is a large surface, the umbrella takes logos at a good size and multi-colour designs.
What is the minimum order and the lead time?
From 25 units. Production starts once the mockup is approved and we confirm the exact delivery date when you place the order, verified with production.
Can you provide certification documentation for ESG reports or sustainability reports?
Yes. Our eco selection shows its certification on every product page (GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, FSC or OCS, as stated by the manufacturer). We provide the manufacturer's certificate and the product data sheet, valid for ESG reports, CSR reports and public tenders with sustainability criteria. Our Esencial line, without eco certification, is labelled as such. Ask when requesting a quote.
