Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal

Under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from their purchase without giving any reason, counted from receipt of the order.

Important: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products (art. 103.c TRLGDCU), as they are made to the customer's specifications. Once the mockup has been approved and production has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.

When can I return a product?

We accept returns in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect: the product has defects not attributable to the customer.
• Printing error: the personalisation does not match the approved mockup.
• Wrong product: you receive a product different from the one ordered.
• Transit damage: the product arrives damaged due to transport.

Return process

1. Contact us within 72 hours of receipt: comercial@greenly.es or 966 473 369.
2. Attach photographs of the problem and your order number.
3. Our team will assess the issue within a maximum of 48 working hours.
4. If the return is accepted, we will provide the shipping instructions (at Greenly's expense).

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and checked, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

For orders with an error or defect, at the customer's choice we offer: a free replacement of the order, or a full refund.

Product warranty

All our products carry the 2-year legal warranty under Spanish law (RDL 1/2007). During this period, Almor Ventures S.L. is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
